Description: |
Fully finished and lettered architect's drawing of a somewhat bizarre building employing Renaissance and Romanesque elements on a German-Swiss high-peaked roof building. The architect's sense of humor shows up in a small figure of a perspiring postman mopping his face as he walks in front of the building. Another figure, of a woman, stands before the shrubbery at the side looking up at the building. The drawing is on wove paper with ruled borderlines and the edges decoratively taped. |
