The coloring is fine and apparently of the period. Hind mentions particularly the later illustrations of this book as interesting examples of ecclesiatical life of the time. See "An Introduction to the History of Woodcut," Vol. II, pp. 510-11. The book was published by Laurentius de Rubeis in Ferrara. |
