Description: The full page with text recto and verso. The large cut measures 187 x 128 mm. plus decorative borders at the sides, and the coloring appears to be period. "Vita Christi," (in Dutch, "Leven ons Heeren" or "Het Leven Jesu Christi" as here), by Ludolphus de Saxonia, was written in 1374 and became one of the most important religious texts across the centuries, editions being published even into the 19th century in many differnet languages. We do not know the exact date or publisher of the edition from which this leaf comes, but the text is clearly Dutch.
