Fine, rare impression on thin, laid japan paper with good margins, signed in pencil; glue stains at the sheet corners (away from the plate) and a diagonal crease lower right. There were only 4 impressions made of the plate and the plate itself was destroyed by 1884. No impression exists in any public collection. Point Breeze is in Bordentown, New Jersey, on the Delaware River just south of Trenton. |
